Returns and Exchange

The product I have received isn't the same one as I chose, who do I contact?

The tee shirts are quite big (Or small) for me, what do I do?

We have a standard size-chart starting from S to XXL which is on the product page.

I want to return the product

We are sorry that you are not happy with the product. However, we will not accept any return or replacement once the order is delivered to you unless there is an error from our side.

 

Why hasn't my money been refunded yet? What's taking so long?

We usually take about 15 days for the entire process of refunding your amount which happens after a verification process. In case there is still a delay you can contact us directly at info@inertiacart.com

I think my order is lost in transit, what now?

If your order has exceeded its delivery date, you can drop us an email at info@inertiacart.com and we will look into it immediately.

How long will the order take to reach me?

We usually take about a week to customise and deliver your product.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges depend on the mode of transportation you choose. You can find the pricing details during checkout.

Is the delivery date an accurate one?

The delivery date mentioned at the end of your order is a tentative date. There may be certain discrepancies with the same. However, you can email us directly at orders@inertiacart.com to know the exact date of delivery for your order.

Designing tool

Will I get any help while designing the product?

Surely! Our in-house design team is always happy to help if you in need of any assistance while designing your apparel. Send us an email at info@inertiacart.com.

Can I upload my own designs, logos or images to the apparel?

Yes!

Will I be able to keep a copy of the product after designing it?

Yes, definitely! you can download a preview of the image after you have finished designing the apparel.

How do I add an image to the product?

There is an option on the design tool which says “Upload your photo”. You can use that to upload any photo or design to the apparel.

What is the file size specifications while uploading images onto the design tool?

5MB is the maximum size for any image to be uploaded while designing.

Can I design the entire area of the apparel?

The maximum printable area on our product is A3 size on each side.The design uploaded by you should be of a higher resolution and must adhere to the format specified.

Can I use different font styles and colours while designing? Will it hamper the print quality in any way ?

Don’t worry! You can use any number of colours and font styles to design your apparel.

Personalization

What is the minimum order quantity that I can personalize?

You can personalize a minimum of even 1 piece in your order.

Can I request for a printed sample?

Yes! If you need a printed sample, a price of Rs 1000 will be charged for each printed sample. The samples cannot be returned and is non- refundable as its a customised printing sample.

Can I have a mix of hoodies and tee shirts in my order together?

Yes! However, the order needs to have a minimum of 10 pieces.

How do I know that the print on my tee shirt will not fade away after few washes?

We give you a guarantee of 6 months with an average of 8 washes per month for any printed apparel you order. To know more about the quality of the products we provide at InertiaCart, you can view the product description given in the gallery.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation

I changed my mind, I would like to cancel my order.

There can be no cancellation of the order once the order is confirmed or placed. However, in rare cases the cancellation of the order can be made only within 3 hours of placing the order.

How would I receive my refund?

There will be a direct account transfer in case of cancellation of your order.

I cancelled an order but now I've changed my mind and want to keep it. What do I do?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to retain the same order that you cancelled. You will have to go through the process all over again and place a new order.

Payments

Why do I not see a cash on delivery (COD) option upon purchase?

Since we deal in bulk merchandise, we refrain from using the Cash on Delivery option. However, you can make Online payment or you can pay by Cash at our office.

How do I know my card details won't be used for any criminal activities?

We have a payment secured database which protects any kind of information you share with us while placing your order.

Is there a net-banking option available for my purchase?

Yes!

When and how do I make the payments for my order ?

 

You will need to make an advance payment of 70% of your total amount using your credit or debit card, net banking or even through an account deposit. The rest of the payment can be done upon delivery of your order. The order will be processed only after the payment of the advance.
